Public procurement
Legislation/regulations
Law 12(Ι)/2006, ‘awarding of public contracts and relative general regulations’ transposed the EU Directive on public procurement. It details the coordination of procedures for the award of public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts. In this context, technical specifications for a contract can take into account accessibility criteria for people with disabilities, but not in an obligatory manner.
