The Public Procurement Law (Act No. 137 of 14th March 2006 on Public Contracts) contains a provision for technical specifications of accessibility in public contracts. In relation to accessibility criteria, Section 45(3) states that, where justified by the subject matter of the contract, public authorities shall take into account accessibility criteria for people with disabilities or design for all users.
