Estonia
There is little in the way of legislation on eAccessibility in Estonia and the limited policy attention to date has focused mostly on public websites. Some practical measures are being undertaken such as sign language translation of news broadcasts and subtitling of some public service broadcasting, but there appear to be no specific measures for telecommunications. In terms of actual levels of accessibility achieved to date, Estonia is well below the European average.
