Greece
In Greece, direct legislation on eAccessibility mainly addresses telecommunications and broadcasting. A recent revision to the Hellenic Constitution provides that “everyone has the right to participation in the Information Society” although the practical implications of this are not yet very evident. In terms of actual levels of accessibility achieved to date, Greece is slightly below the European average.
