Horizontal or co-ordinated eAccessibility measures

The Framework Act for Assistance, Social Integration and the Rights of People with Disabilities (Law of 5th February 1992, no. 104), among other things, commits the Government to undertake initiatives for improving accessibility of television and telephone services to people with sensory impairment, and to facilitate diffusion of ICT among people with disabilities. However, this does not seem to have been invoked to any substantial degree in relation to eAccessibility.
