Legislative obligations for eAccessibility in Latvia are limited, though in principle the constitutional prohibition against discrimination provides a basis for eAccessibility. More generally, so far there has been only limited policy initiative in relation to eAccessibility. In terms of actual levels of accessibility achieved to date, Latvia is well below the EU-25 average.
