There appear to be no direct legislative or regulatory obligations in relation to accessibility of self-service terminals (e.g. ATMs, ticket dispensers, information kiosks etc.).

Other initiatives

A case was brought to the National Commission Persons with Disabilities (KNPD) in 2006 regarding the inaccessibility of some ATMs of the main bank. As of the third quarter 2007, the case was under discussion.
