Poland

With the exception of the telecommunications field, there is no direct legislation on eAccessibility in Poland. Though the national information strategy emphasises eAccessibility of public institutions and the development of eAccessible education, it seems that specific implementation measures have yet to be put in place.   In terms of actual levels of accessibility achieved to date, Poland is well below the European average.
