Public procurement
Legislation/regulations
The Polish Public Procurement Law (29 January 2004), with the amendment of 7 April 2006, transposes EU directives 2004/17/WE and 2004/18/WE. There appears to be no specific mentioning of accessibility criteria, though they would be possible in principle.
