The Public Procurement Act 2006 (ZJN-2) implements the Public Procurement directives and incorporates the accessibility provision under technical specifications. Article 37, Section 1 states that “whenever possible, technical specifications shall be defined so as to take into account accessibility criteria for people with disabilities or standards for works intended for all users.â€
